Clara and Her Secret Affair (Part 1) by Angela Glasgow
Publication Date: November 8th 2019
Clara Yates, an 18-year old senior in high school, is meant to be a role model in her all-girls‘ Catholic school, but little do they know, she is hiding a dirty little secret. When a bad boy comes out of nowhere and awakens her sexual desires, she discards her good girl persona in exchange for passion, lust, and maybe – love. As she embarks on this sinful journey, will she consider all possibilities?
CLARA:
We had a connection; there was something between us, and there was no doubt in my mind that he was going to try to pursue me. And I was going to let him.

Okay so, this book (short story) is only 33 pages and I obviously don’t want to give too much away so here we go. This book is Part One of the Good Catholic Gone Bad Short Story series and the debut book for Angela Glasgow. Overall, the story was okay. It is an insta-love story and I’m more of a slow burn kinda girl, so the story was just okay. I just wanted more, it just felt very rushed, I mean it makes sense because it’s about a young adult. I just wish we got more story. If you are looking for a very quick read this is the story for you.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars.
I was gifted this eARC from the author, in exchange for an honest review.
