Twisted Hate by Ana Huang
Release Date: January 27th, 2022
He hates her…almost as much as he wants her.
Gorgeous, cocky, and fast on his way to becoming a hotshot doctor, Josh Chen has never met a woman he couldn’t charm—except for Jules f**king Ambrose.
The beautiful redhead has been a thorn in his side since they met, but she also consumes his thoughts in a way no woman ever has.
When their animosity explodes into one unforgettable night, he proposes a solution that’ll get her out of his system once and for all: an enemies with benefits arrangement with simple rules.
No strings attached.
And absolutely no falling in love.
Outgoing and ambitious, Jules Ambrose is a former party girl who’s focused on one thing: passing the attorney’s bar exam.
The last thing she needs is to get involved with a doctor who puts the SUFFER in insufferable…no matter how good-looking he is.
But the more she gets to know him, the more she realizes there’s more than meets the eye to the man she’s hated for so long.
Her best friend’s brother.
And her only salvation.
Theirs is a match made in hell, and when the demons from their past catch up with them, they’re faced with truths that could either save them …or destroy everything they’ve worked for.
Twisted Hate is a steamy enemies with benefits/enemies to lovers romance. It’s book three in the Twisted series but can be read as a standalone. Warning: It contains explicit content and profanity. Recommended for 18+.
I received an eARC in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Oh holy sweetness! Are you kidding me Ana??? This book was FREAKING GREAT!
I was seriously surprised how much I fell in love with this book. But I knew after a few chapters that this was a book I was going to have a real problem putting down. And I surely did. If it was up to me I would have read this in one sitting, but life gets in the way of reading sometimes. I loved our main characters, Jules and Josh. What incredibly resilient, smart and honest they are. The chemistry between these two was through the roof. I mean they could melt a popsicle in Antarctica. There were so many delicious spicy scenes in this book and I absolutely appreciated Josh’s dirty talking mouth. The banter between them really kept me going throughout this book. I loved the back-and-forth energy between the two of them. They were constantly going back-and-forth with each other and didn’t let up one bit. The natural progression of their relationship really kept me alive. It wasn’t rushed, but it wasn’t slow moving either. I thought it was such a great pace, and my anticipation for the ending? It was totally worth it. This is hands-down one of the best enemies to lovers books I’ve read in a long time. This series as a whole is absolutely phenomenal. The characters, storyline and description are on point. Twisted Games is still my favorite book from the series but this is a very close second!
