This book picks right up where book two ended, but it can definitely be read as a standalone. I am really loving Skye Jordan, this small town age gap is really fun and the book is an easy read. Ben is so sweet and will do anything for those he loves. He’s really determined and ready to work hard to get what he wants, especially KT. Now, KT has such a strong personality and doesn’t do relationships. Well, maybe with Ben as the exception. Ben and KT have great chemistry, fun personalities, and really felt genuine even though once things started to move, they moved fast. At times, KT got on my nerves. She was just unwilling to compromise AT ALL which annoyed me since that’s a part of relationships, learning to compromise. There were a few times that I kept saying to myself, “KT stop being so damn stubborn!!” But other than that I really enjoyed this read. I thought it was really easy to read, a great story and has great main and side characters.I am really loving Skye Jordan’s writing and storytelling. It was so easy for me to get sucked right into this book and it was such an effortless read. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a steamy, small town vibe, with a strong and handsome hero and an even stronger heroine that doesn’t take crap from anyone.
