Tacet a Mortuis by Amo Jones
Publication Date: May 14th, 2018
Hail to the king, and watch him reign, this game was somewhat fun, until the finale came…
Now we’re here, with carnage and despair, and the only questions left to answer, are the ones that do not appear…
A king loses a war, and a swan sheds her wings, chaos collides with peace, as the crows begin to sing…
Enter if you dare, because I swear the end is near, but nothing is as it seems, and everything is so bare.
So what the f*ck is going on at Riverside, I think, I think… everyone is about to die….

“As graceful as a floating swan, but as deadly as a silver bullet.”
Wow. Wow. Wow.
UGH!! This book.
I don’t know what to say here. Like, I really want to give this four stars because I loved books one and two and I enjoyed parts of this book. But I felt like I didn’t live up to my expectations. The first half of the book was just like a retelling of books one and two and by the end it just felt like a rush to the finish line. I deeply wanted to love this book as much as I love the other two but I just can’t. This book was just simply, okay. That’s all I have to say. Sorry for the short review, but I just am so disappointed.
I am still excited to read Malum: Part 1, Malum: Part 2 and Sancte Diaboli as well as any other books she has planned up her sleeves for The Elite King’s Club Series. This one just didn’t do it for me.
