The Sixth Knight

I had high hopes and expectations. I really did. Book one was so good, so of course I dove head first into this book expecting the same level of greatness. This book just didn’t do it for me. I don’t know what happened between the first book and this one but it I just felt meh the entire time. I also grew to dislike Mian even more, she was good in the first book, but this time around she just seemed so annoying, bratty and repetitive. Really the only thing I enjoyed about this book was the redeeming ending for Angel. This book just fell short and didn’t do it for me.

⭐⭐⭐.5

I received an eARC of Promise Me Forever, a collection from Top Shelf Romance in exchange for an honest review. This book was included in that collection.
