New York Times bestselling author Meghan March goes back to New Orleans and the world of Lachlan Mount with a dangerous and bold new anti-hero.

The thing about ghosts is they’re supposed to stay dead.
That’s exactly what I am, but I can’t stay away from Magnolia Marie Maison for one more day, let alone another year.
We’ve already got fifteen of those between us.
As it stands, she’ll want to kill me as soon as she lays eyes on me. And knowing her, she’s completely up to the task.
But I’m a man on a mission, and I’ve got everything riding on this.
So, here I come, Magnolia. This ghost is ready for whatever you got.
After all, there’s only one way I want this to end—’til death do us part.
Creole Kingpin is the first book in the Magnolia Duet. Magnolia’s story concludes in Madam Temptress releasing April 14, 2020.

You know, I was really nervous going into this book. I met Moses in Legend Trilogy and I did not like him. Not one bit. And when Meghan announced that Moses was the anti-hero, I was VERY skeptical. And I was TOTALLY wrong. Boy, was I so wrong. I am or may not be obsessed with Magnolia and Moses. Even now, after finishing their book, I can’t stop thinking about them. Magnolia is such a strong, confident, and independent woman who takes no shit and is ready to kick ass when necessary. Moses. Holy shit, this man is delicious. He’s strong, ruthless and protective especially over Magnolia and it truly makes me swoon. And when he calls Magnolia mama, my heart melts into a puddle. EVERY SINGLE TIME!
This book had me obsessed and reeling in my seat. I truly didn’t put this book down until I finished it. The tension, chemistry, and desire between these two is just radiating off the page. Have you ever read anything that literally makes your heart race, in a really good way. That’s what this book did for me. Heart pounding, anxious and surely kept me on my toes. Overall, this book was addictive and so hard for me to put down. I think this is the best Meghan March book I’ve read so far, hands down. Meghan, you really know how to make me fall in love with all of your characters. I don’t know how you do it. Even the most unlikely characters who I think I don’t like, I end up loving. This book is a must read! If you love second chance romances and the anti-hero, Creole Kingpin is the book for you.
April, are you here yet?
