I was so excited to get this ARC for the pure fact of how the first book ended. We are thrown back into this story and things don’t get any easier for the three of them. They had to work hard, fight, and go through things that they normally wouldn’t want to. But because they love each other that was their only option. Alessio is my favorite character in this series. He’s upfront and honest about his feelings and he doesn’t care what you think about him. Overall, I’m pleased with how Alessio, Corrado and Ginevra story ended. It was a great conclusion. The only thing I had an issue with was that it seemed to me there was no plot to this book. I thought there might be a better way to wrap up the conflict that happened from Book One and continued in this one. It just wasn’t satisfying and I felt like I got jipped of a real juicy end. Other than that I thought that this was a great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ read. Thank you to IndieSage PR and Bethany-Kris for a copy of the eARC in exchange for an honest review!
