King of Sloth by Ana Huang is now live!
He’d never wanted anyone enough to chase them…until he met her.
Charming, easygoing, and rich beyond belief, Xavier Castillo has the world at his fingertips.
He also has no interest in taking over his family’s empire (much to his father’s chagrin), but that hasn’t stopped women from throwing themselves at him…unless the woman in question is his publicist.
Nothing brings him more joy than riling her up, but when a tragedy forces them closer than ever, he must grapple with the uncertainty of his future—and the realization that the only person immune to his charms is the only one he truly wants.
***
Cool, intelligent, and ambitious, Sloane Kensington is a high-powered publicist who’s used to dealing with difficult clients.
However, none infuriate—or tempt—her more than a certain billionaire heir, with his stupid dimples and laid-back attitude.
She may be forced to work with him, but she’ll never fall for him…no matter how fast he makes her heart beat or how thoughtful he is beneath his party persona.
He’s her client, and that’s all he’ll ever be. Right?
King of Sloth is a steamy forced proximity romance. It’s book four in the Kings of Sin series but can be read as a standalone.

I received an ALC of this book in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
She’s done it again! Another fantastic read from this author.
Xavier and Sloane couldn’t be more different, but boy did that make them coming together, hehe, even better. Absolutely love the dynamic that these two have, especially in the beginning. I loved them bickering back-and-forth with each other. This is such a beautiful love story. I love seeing these two grow and develop, not only as a couple, but also as individuals. I’ve really started loving and appreciating the black cat heroine this past year. I don’t know what it is about it, but it just feels so satisfying to read when the grumpy heroine finally let’s go and embraces her feelings. This is exactly how I felt while reading. I also have to make mention of that delicious bathroom scene 🥵🥵🥵 If you know it, you know exactly what I’m talking about.
The audio for this book was absolute perfection. Gregory Salinas and Elena Wolfe were the narrators and wow did these to really embody Xavier and Sloane. They really brought them to life and I honestly don’t think any other narrators could have done a better job. I’ve listened to a book or two that they’ve narrated before and I love their voices.
Overall, I really enjoyed this book and I’m so excited for the rest of the series, especially the next book! This is probably my least favorite book in the series so far, but I thought the story and characters were great. Such a solid read and highly recommended if you’re looking for something really easy to get into and follow along.
