Book Review | Wild Love

Wild Love is NOW LIVE!

Rosie Belmont has been driving me wild for years. The good kind of wild. The bad kind of wild. But mostly the kind of wild that comes with wanting your best friend’s little sister and knowing you can’t have her.

After living in the city, she comes blasting back into Rose Hill like a storm. Beautiful, messy, and chaotic.

And one wide-eyed desperate plea for a job is all it takes for me to hire her.

Forbes may have labeled me the World’s Hottest Billionaire but all I care about is opening my new recording studio. Something that comes to a screeching halt when I end up face-to-face with a young girl who claims I’m her biological father.

Now I spend my days balancing business with parenting a sullen twelve-year-old all while trying desperately to keep my hands the hell off my best friend’s little sister.

I vow to keep Rosie at arm’s length. I try to stick to scowls and grumpy one-liners. But with her verbal sparring is merely foreplay—friction that turns to blistering heat.

I know damn well I shouldn’t cross that line.

But shouldn’t and can’t are two very different things.

And the only thing I truly can’t do is resist her.

She’s done it again!

I can’t tell you how much I love Elsie Silver and her knack for writing beautiful stories with characters that you so easily fall in love with. Ford and Rosie are no different. These two have chemistry that oozes off the pages. I LOVED how much these two bickered and tried so hard to not give into their feelings for one another. It was adorable and heartwarming to watch their love blossom into something so special. I have to mention the emails and old diary entries. STOP!! I was giggling every single time one of those parts came up. I can’t tell you how much I adored Rosie. She’s a sassy, spitfire with the sweetest and most caring heart. Ford. My goodness. What a nerdy, sweet, obsessed, dirty talking, overachieving dreamboat. I loved him so much and how he would do literally anything for the women in his life. The “single dad” portion of this book was done in such a unique way that I’ve literally never seen before. And as a self appointed lover of all things single dad romance that made me love it even more. Cora, Ford’s daughter, was something else. I loved her spunk and the relationship she developed with not only Ford and Rosie but any other character she came across.

This super sweet and spicy small town romance will charm the socks right off of you.

I truly believe that you can’t go wrong with a book by Elsie Silver.

I HIGHLY recommend this book!

Rating: 4 out of 5.

“Guess what, Ford. Sometimes life gives you lemons, even when you didn’t order them. And you can either make lemonade, or storm around stressing about how yellow isn’t your color.”

About the Author:

Elsie Silver is a Canadian author of sassy, sexy, small town romance who loves a good book boyfriend and the strong heroines who bring them to their knees. She lives just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia with her husband, son, and three dogs and has been voraciously reading romance books since before she was probably supposed to.

She loves cooking and trying new foods, traveling, and spending time with her boys–especially outdoors. Elsie has also become a big fan of her quiet five am mornings, which is when most of her writing happens. It’s during this time that she can sip a cup of hot coffee and dream up a fictional world full of romantic stories to share with her readers.
