What happened in Vegas has followed Kristin right back to Amesport, Maine. Kristin fully expects Julian to demand a quickie divorce. But instead he’s daring her to go all-in. Like the typical format for this series, we follow another Sinclair family member. Our main characters Julian and Kristin are brought together. They are “forced” to spend the weekend together in Las Vegas for Julian‘s brother’s wedding. I found both of these characters really grating on my nerves. Both of them would say things or do things that would really aggravate me. I would question out loud why they’re doing whatever they’re doing because it didn’t make sense. I really couldn’t connect with either of them, so that made finishing the story harder than the other books. They had some really good steamy parts which sort of helped the read but sometimes sex isn’t everything. I have some really high hopes for Xander story which is the next book in the series and hope that it’s better than this ⭐️⭐️⭐️ read.
