Top Ten Tuesday | Changes In My Reading Life

A little late in the day but I made it. Welcome to another week of the Top Ten Tuesday meme created by That Artsy Reader Girl! This week’s prompt is Changes In My Reading Life (Maybe you like different genres or topics, maybe you read faster than you used to, maybe you only like standalone now).

1. I am still a slower reader, but I’ve become much faster than I was. I think the more I read, the faster I become.
2. I read on more formats than I have in the past. Not only do we have paperbacks and hardbacks, but a majority of the books I read are ebooks and Audiobooks!
3. My personal library. In the short time I’ve been doing this blog, 11 months, I have a much bigger collection from when I started. I just love being able to have all the books that I’ve really enjoyed in my hands. It’s a different feeling, for sure!
4. In the past year I have learned about and read so many books from new authors 
5. I’ve used the library more than I ever have this year. I love being able to borrow books instead of buying them. THEY ARE FREE!!
6. Getting a better understanding on what types of books I truly like and enjoy reading. 
7. Reading is one of my top priorities.  
8. I am no longer on book twitter… Too much drama for me 🤷🤷 
9. I’ve read more books this year than I have in my life. My original goal this year was to read 60 books and I surpassed that. My second goal is to read 100 or more books by the end of the year!
10. I am a book blogger and I love every second of it. This is one of the best decisions
